1. Acceptance of Terms

By strictly accessing, browsing, or using the AstroSaathi AI website, mobile application, or any associated API services (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AstroSaathi AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Accounts & Security

• Account Creation: To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree to not disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
• Notification: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Astrology & AI Services Disclaimer

You strictly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service generates content using Artificial Intelligence and astrological algorithms.
• All predictions, reports, and guidance are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
• The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction. Modeling the future is inherently uncertain.
• Any decisions you make based on our content are your sole responsibility.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store. Cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period.
• No Refunds: Except as provided in our Refund Policy, all payments are non-refundable.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium, including by any automated or non-automated "scraping."
• Reverse Engineering & AI Manipulation: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code, underlying algorithms, or system prompts of the AI.
• Prompt Injection: engaging in "prompt injection" attacks or inputs designed to bypass safety filters or ethical guidelines.
• Using any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period of time.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Service.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AstroSaathi AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AstroSaathi AI.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AstroSaathi AI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AstroSaathi AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Specific AI Limitation: You explicitly acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. AstroSaathi AI is not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated advice, including but not limited to relationship decisions, financial investments, or career changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
