Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At AstroSaathi AI, we strive to provide high-quality astrological insights. However, due to the digital nature of our content, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been accessed or a report has been generated. This policy helps us maintain fair pricing for all users.

Digital Goods Exception: By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-tangible, irrevocable digital license to access content. Once the AI generates a response or a chart is displayed, the service is deemed "consumed".

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you have subscribed to a recurring plan (Monthly or Yearly):

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or the settings of the respective App Store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
  • Cancellation Effectiveness: Cancellation stops future billing. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not prorate refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility Criteria

We may consider refund requests only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Error: A technical failure on our end prevented the content from being delivered or rendered the app unusable, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.

Note: Dissatisfaction with an astrological prediction (e.g., "I didn't like my forecast") is not grounds for a refund, as astrology is interpretive.

4. Specific Platform Rules (Apple & Google)

If you subscribed via a mobile app store, the transaction is managed by that platform, not us directly.

iOS (Apple App Store)

Apple handles all billing and refunds directly. We cannot process refunds for iOS purchases. You must request a refund through your Apple Purchase History.

Android (Google Play)

Google manages billing, but we have some ability to issue refunds. Contact us with your Order ID (starts with GPA.) within 48 hours of purchase.
